Drawing from over a decade of leadership experience, he helps support our company's growth while maintaining the high standards of quality and integrity that define us.

Since joining as CEO in April 2025, Dusty has been collaborating with our team to enhance operations and support our expansion into HVAC and electrical services. We're passionate about creating an environment where employees feel as valued as customers while building Charter Plumbing Air Electric into one of the most trusted names in home repair.

Our approach emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement. We're also committed to giving back to our local community and supporting youth, believing in setting industry standards while maintaining the personal relationships that differentiate us.
